Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and LineyGroup LLC, doing business as Chimeloom ("Chimeloom", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using Chimeloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, agency or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Chimeloom provides software that monitors public social media platforms (Reddit and Quora) for buying intent signals, generates AI-assisted draft responses, and delivers them to customers for review and approval before Chimeloom posts them. Chimeloom provides drafting and monitoring software and does not guarantee leads, karma, rankings or business outcomes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All content posted via Chimeloom is posted after customer approval using their account on the source platform
• The customer is responsible for all posted responses
• You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules of Reddit, Quora and any applicable laws
• The customer reviews and approves every reply before it is posted, and the customer is responsible for posted content and for compliance with the rules of Reddit, Quora and any applicable laws.
• Nothing is posted without customer approval

You agree not to:

• Use Chimeloom to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates the source platform's Terms of Service
• Use Chimeloom to contact individuals who have explicitly opted out of customer contact
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Chimeloom platform
• Share your credentials with third parties outside your business
• Use Chimeloom in ways that violate applicable law

Chimeloom retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, pipeline architecture, and software. You retain ownership of your business's system prompts, keywords, and any content you create. AI-generated draft responses are provided to you as a tool and are not claimed by Chimeloom.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimeloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to customer complaints, client disputes, or regulatory actions arising from content posted using Chimeloom. You use the service at your own business risk.

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Chimeloom may suspend service immediately for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

We will notify clients of material changes to these Terms by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
